En cuanto vuelva a hervir, la escurrimos, la dejamos enfriar y la cortamos. \r\n\r\nEn una cacerola, tostamos los corallini con un poco de aceite y a\u00f1adimos inmediatamente la crema de calabaza. A continuaci\u00f3n, con la ayuda de un poco de agua cada vez, cocemos hasta obtener la consistencia de un risotto.\r\n\r\nColocamos en un plato intentando nivelarlo, a\u00f1adimos la achicoria y las semillas de calabaza tostadas. Terminamos con un chorrito de aceite.
