A continuaci\u00f3n, las escurrimos y las ali\u00f1amos con sal y aceite. \r\n\r\nEchamos la pasta en abundante agua salada y, mientras tanto, filtramos la infusi\u00f3n y vertemos la leche directamente en la sart\u00e9n en la que luego saltearemos la pasta; la escurrimos al menos dos minutos antes de que termine la cocci\u00f3n y rectificamos de sal.
