Si se desea, tambi\u00e9n se puede a\u00f1adir guindilla, basta con media vaina de guindilla fresca. Cuando el agua empiece a hervir, apagamos el fuego. \r\n\r\nAparte, vertemos 10 g de f\u00e9cula o almid\u00f3n en 10-20 ml de agua fr\u00eda, sin dejar de batir, y luego lo a\u00f1adimos al caldo de miso para espesarlo.\r\n\r\nLas verduras deben lavarse, pelarse y cortarse en rombos o cubitos. Se deben escaldar en la sart\u00e9n de una en una (el nabo al final). Una vez cocidas al dente, las ponemos en agua con hielo para mantener sus colores brillantes. Las escurrimos, secamos y ali\u00f1amos con sal y aceite.   \r\n\r\nEchamos la pasta en abundante agua salada y, mientras tanto, untamos el plato con crema de mostaza, a\u00f1adimos los espaguetis y colocamos las verduras en el plato, decoramos con el nabo blanco (o daikon). Por \u00faltimo, rociamos con el caldo a\u00fan caliente.
