Batimos la pulpa troceada con la pasta de tahini, sal, ralladura y zumo de lim\u00f3n. \r\n\r\nEscaldamos los tomates cherry en agua hirviendo durante unos segundos, les quitamos la piel y los cortamos por la mitad a lo largo, los sazonamos con sal, ajo sin pelar y tomillo. Por \u00faltimo, los asamos en una sart\u00e9n muy caliente, solo por la parte del corte. \r\n\r\nPara la salsa de albahaca: separamos las hojas de albahaca, las lavamos, las escaldamos durante 3 minutos en agua hirviendo con sal y las enfriamos en agua con hielo.
