Then drain and dry them, before seasoning with salt and oil. \r\n\r\nCook the pasta in plenty of salted water.<br>In the meantime, filter the infusion and pour the milk into the pan, where the pasta is to be saut\u00e9ed: drain the pasta two minutes before the stated cooking time and add salt to taste.
