The Bio Tour and Museum are the areas designated for our open-door meetings with you, to show you how we make Girolomoni pasta, to let you experience first hand our respect for the land and let you know the land from which it comes and the people who make it.

Live an immersive experience

It is possible to book tours and tastings of pasta and other organic products from the Marche region, customised for groups of at least 10 people.

Students from all over the world come to visit us because we contributed to the birth of organic farming and we are still here to tell the story and continue it.

You will discover and see our fields and the ears of wheat. You will tour the Pasta Factory and Mill as well as the Museum with the old farm tools and you will have a chance to hear the story linked to each of them as proof that a new economic model is possible.

Our tour is for everyone: students, families and enthusiasts of agriculture and organic pasta. The tour includes a visit to the Pasta Factory and Mill and a walk up to the Monastery of Montebello passing through the forest, for a maximum length of 1h and 30 minutes.

Upon request, some specific topics can be explored in more detail by meeting one of our experts.
