A mix of 3 SKU: Soup of Lentils and Sorghum; Soup of Emmer Wheat and Pulses; Soup of Cereals and Pulses packed in modified atmosphere in 400g, rich in fibre and protein, with ingredients typical from the Center of Italy, each with a particular taste and peculiarity.
From field to the table
A 100% organic pasta factory, from field to table.
Organically grown wheat, gently ground in our Mill. The semolina is immediately processed – slowly – in our adjacent Pasta factory, in the hills of the Marche, where it becomes the Girolomoni pasta that we export all over the world.
