We make our pasta in semi-wholemeal versions for those who want more fibre, minerals and antioxidants, but who are not yet used to the bolder flavour of wholemeal pasta.
A perfect balance, created by our millers and pasta makers, who recover the finer, innermost bran parts that remain closer to the heart of the grain.

A 100% organic pasta factory, from field to table.
Organically grown wheat, gently ground in our Mill. The semolina is immediately processed – slowly – in our adjacent Pasta factory, in the hills of the Marche, where it becomes the Girolomoni pasta that we export all over the world.
