Try our Baldo rice, with its coarse grain is suitable for all kinds of recipes. Our Carnaroli rice instead is the king of all risottos or you may want to enjoy our brown rice, which can never get overcooked and is delicious even the day after.
From field to the table
A 100% organic pasta factory, from field to table.
Organically grown wheat, gently ground in our Mill. The semolina is immediately processed – slowly – in our adjacent Pasta factory, in the hills of the Marche, where it becomes the Girolomoni pasta that we export all over the world.
