Wenn sie anfangen zu braten, wenden wir sie, damit sich die Kapern \u00f6ffnen und vollst\u00e4ndig braten.\n\nWir lassen sie abtropfen und trocknen sie auf K\u00fcchenpapier, das wir mehrmals austauschen.\n\nDie Nudeln in kochendes Wasser geben, al dente abgie\u00dfen, in der Pfanne fertig garen und unter die vorbereitete Kohlmischung heben.
