Nach Belieben kann man auch Chili hinzuf\u00fcgen, eine halbe frische Chilischote reicht aus. Wenn das Wasser kocht, schalten wir den Herd aus. \r\n\r\nSeparat 10 g Kartoffelst\u00e4rke oder Maisst\u00e4rke in 10-20 ml kaltes Wasser geben, dabei weiter verquirlen, dann zur Miso-Br\u00fche geben, um sie anzudicken.\r\n\r\nDas Gem\u00fcse waschen, sch\u00e4len und in Rauten oder W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Eine Sorte nach der anderen in der Pfanne anbraten (die R\u00fcben zuletzt). Sobald sie al dente sind, legen wir sie in Eiswasser, damit sie ihre leuchtenden Farben behalten. Abgie\u00dfen, abtropfen lassen und mit Salz und \u00d6l w\u00fcrzen.   \r\n\r\nDie Nudeln in reichlich Salzwasser kochen, w\u00e4hrenddessen den Teller mit Senfcreme bestreichen, die Spaghetti hinzuf\u00fcgen und das Gem\u00fcse auf dem Teller anrichten, mit der wei\u00dfen R\u00fcbe (oder Daikon) garnieren. Zum Schluss mit der noch hei\u00dfen Br\u00fche \u00fcbergie\u00dfen.
